Important Dates 2019-2020:

August 20, 2019: Greek Life Information Session, Student Life Center at 5:00 pm

September 4, 2019: Meet the Sororities in Commons Center MPR at 6:00 - 7:30 pm 

September 15, 2019: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Information & Registration Session in Commons Center MPR at 6:00

September 10, 2019: Upperclassman/Transfer Student Open House, this is only for Upperclassmen/Transfer Students who are eligible to go through the Fall Continuous Open Bidding (“COB”) process for chapters that are participating

September 17, 2019: Upperclassman/Transfer Student Bid Day Event, details to come (Upperclassmen/Transfer students participating in the fall COB process are to have registered before this day)

September 25, 2019: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Information & Registration Session in the Commons Center MPR at 6:00 pm 

October 8, 2019: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Information & Registration Session in the Commons Center MPR at 6:00 pm

October 28, 2019: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment Information & Registration Session in the Commons Center MPR at 6:00 pm

November 1, 2019: Preliminary Panhellenic Recruitment Registration Deadline. Women who are interested in participating in the process should have all steps in the registration process completed by this time so they can be assigned a Recruitment Counselor for participating in Panhellenic Preview Day

November 10, 2019: Panhellenic Preview Day; estimated for 1:00 pm – 6:45 pm

December 3, 2019: Recruitment 101 for all Potential New Members in the Student Life Center at 6:30 pm

December 6, 2019: Final Panhellenic Recruitment Registration Deadline.  5:00 pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS

January 4, 2020: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, Display Round, from approximately 9 am - 7 pm

January 5, 2020: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, Philanthropy Round from approximately 1 pm - 9 pm

January 10, 2020: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, Sisterhood Round, from approximately 5:30 pm-12 midnight

January 11, 2020: All- Potential New Member Meeting at 12pm in Sarratt Cinema

January 11, 2020: Panhellenic Sorority Recruitment, Preference Round, from approximately 5 pm-10 pm

January 12, 2020: BID DAY
